PlcEcho is an app for reading and writing values in PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and in devices that support the OPC UA or Modbus protocols, over the plant network. Each value you want to see is called a tag.
PlcEcho lets you:
· Set up the controllers on your network and the tags in each one.
· Watch tag values as numbers and on gauges.
· Write a new value to a tag.
· Trend tags over time, either one chart per tag with its minimum, maximum and average, or several tags together on one chart.
· Show tags from different controllers, and from different makes of controller, on the same screen.
PlcEcho works with:
·Rockwell — Logix (1756 and 1769 series), Micro850, SLC 5/05 and MicroLogix 1100.
·Siemens — S7-1500, S7-1200, S7-400, S7-300, S7-200 and S7-200 Smart.
·OPC UA servers.
·Modbus TCP devices.
·Microsoft SQL Server tables and views (read only).
PlcEcho is designed as a simple, reliable tool for commissioning and fault finding. It runs on Android phones and tablets, iPhones and iPads, and Windows PCs.
